They always say this as if we’re supposed to curl up into a ball and cry. 9 times out of 10 it’s probably a good thing they’ll no longer be shopping in our store.

Anonymous asked: Thanks for your response. <3 The store's such a mess anyway most of the time that I don't think anyone would notice. Half the time signs are put in the wrong place and managers just tell us to give it to the customers anyway at the price they want. One of the major clothing store cashier problems is most of the time people don't READ the signs. I'm just a cashier, I don't organize the store. T.T Seriously, I don't know how anyone keeps track of prices here.

good one!!

Anonymous asked: Have you ever been really tired at the end of a shift, and had someone come up with an item and question you on the price it rang up? It was literally the LAST customer I had and she was like, "There's a sign that said 12 instead of 14.50." So instead of going through the hassle I gave it for 12, then the girl next to me cashiering asked me if they were 12 and did the same thing for her customer. Now I'm upset and worried I'm gonna get in trouble. :/

I think this happens to me everyday since we don’t have a scanner. Double check that price asap and make sure to tell your coworker the right price if you did misinform her.

Hopefully the customer wasn’t lying. I can’t imagine you getting into big trouble over a few dollars but if you do stand up and take responsibility and offer to pay the difference. My manger responded positively to that.
